The goal of the project is to revitalize the area around the Central Station in Tbilisi and improve it with new functions. An open, free, and transformable building. Educational chaos. where the media library, library, various educational and cognitive spaces are located. At the same time, the building accommodates the function of a train station and through the new pedestrian bridge (passing through the building) it improves communication from Tsotne Dadiani Street to Tsereteli Street and vice versa.
