Diploma Project 2011

The building is a wellness complex of sulfur baths; The building consists of five blocks, which are compactly and comfortably defined. In the first block there is also a cafe-bar; The second block is an administration and sports and health center; Third block - hotel; The fourth block features cottage-style rooms with small patios and pools. In the fifth block there is a restaurant, thermal sulfur baths, summer and winter pools, massage rooms, all necessary equipment and storage rooms. Externally, the building should be as plain and neutral as possible, but taking into consideration the depressed nature of the lake, with its straight horizon and immobility, we decided to make the building active at night as well and take on the dominant function.
