The project is based on a detailed study of the Bethlehem neighborhood conducted by "ICOMO Georgia" "British Council" and "Goethe Institut".

The project is in the oldest district of Tbilisi, Bethlehem. The empty space created because of the demolition of the existing building in the project area is filled with a new volume.

Its main idea is to bring new life and modern architectural forms or functions to the historical environment, so that it harmoniously fits into the surrounding environment and preserves the spirit of the place.

This project is the winner of the student competition "Identity and spirit of old Tbilisi".
